This policy explains how Property Spine, a product of Virtus Management LLC ("we," "us"), collects and uses information in connection with text messages sent to and from residents and prospective residents of properties we manage.
When you interact with a property's text line, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, and the content of the messages you exchange with the property. We also record that you consented to receive messages, and when.
We use this information only to communicate with you about the property — leasing inquiries, tour scheduling, applications, maintenance and work orders, move-in and move-out, and other resident-service matters.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or messaging information to any third party. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your activity — for example, replies to your questions, tour reminders, application updates, and maintenance notifications.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
