Program description

This program sends text messages between a property and its residents and prospective residents. Messages relate to leasing inquiries, tour scheduling and reminders, applications and leasing updates, maintenance and work-order notifications, move-in and move-out coordination, and general resident-service communication.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number to a property and confirming it — typically by verifying your phone with a one-time passcode — and consenting to receive messages from that property's line. Consent is recorded per resident. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring messages at the number you provided.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and requests.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
